Payment

How to Pay

At the moment, the primary method of payment is through e-transfer. After you have contacted us about an available time, and we have approved it, you will make a deposit of 25%. After that, you can immediately pay in full or make 2 separate payments (the first payment must be made 21 days prior to check in, and the second must be paid 14 days prior to check in).

Deposit

A deposit of 25% must be made at time of booking. This is a non refundable deposit.

 

A damage deposit of $500 must be made prior to check in. This will be returned once we have examined the cottage after your check out and determined there is no damage to the property (typically, the damage deposit is returned in 1 day).  

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your booking, and we are able to find a new renter for the rental period, you will be refunded your full payment (including deposit).

If you cancel your booking, and we are unable to find a new renter for the rental period, your payment will not be refunded.
